The CBI counsel said Jagan was not eligible to seek exemption from attending the court proceedings on the pretext of padayatra, since it would only delay the trial process.<br \/>\n\u201cThat is the exact intention of Jagan. He wants to drag the case as long as possible so that the conviction is delayed. In any case, Jagan is attending the court only on one day every week.<br \/>\nHow can he seek exemption for the entire week?
