\"\"Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has swindled central funds to the tune of Rs 53,000 crore, according to the allegations levelled by Bharatiya Janata Party national spokesman and Rajya Sabha member G V L Narasimha Rao.<\/p>\n

Continuing his tirade against Naidu, GVL pointed out on Saturday that the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, in its recent report, clearly pointed out that central funds to the extent of Rs 53,039 crore meant for various central schemes, were missing and there were no accounts for the same.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe CAG stated that the funds were diverted to different accounts. The chief minister should clarify as to where the money has gone and who the people were to whose accounts the money was diverted,\u201d he demanded.<\/p>\n

GVL alleged that the State government had tried to mislead the CAG by not furnishing proper accounts.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow, Naidu is trying to see that the CAG reports are not available. He should disclose where the money has gone. Otherwise, we shall take up the issue at the national level and expose the massive corruption of Naidu in public court,\u201d he warned.<\/p>\n

Stating that Naidu\u2019s administration was horrible and atrocious, GVL said the chief minister was more interested in winning as many MP seats as possible, rather than governing the state.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe TDP is resorting to wicked politics by maligning the Centre saying it was not releasing funds to the state. It is impossible that the TDP returns to power in 2019 and we shall not allow it to happen,\u201d GVL said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
