Title: How to get scholarship for higher education from Kapu sangam

Hi
I want to do MS in Germany. I am a mechanical engineer and got 80% in B. Tech. But we are economically not strong enough to afford my education. I heard about scholarships from Kapu sangam. I live in Hyderabad and want to know the process to apply for scholarship.

Right Now Only People Of palamaner, Chittor dist members are receiving scholarship from BASS.
