First South Indian Hero To Get Rs 100 Cr Remuneration
Up until now, only Bollywood superstars like Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aamir Khan charge around about Rs 100 crores per film. But it seems to be that there is a new addition to the list and it is none other than Prabhas.
Prabhas is reportedly charging Rs 100 crores remuneration per film and producers are readily offering him the big fat paycheck, thanks to his pan-India popularity.
Saaho proved to be a successful venture in Hindi circuit despite the lukewarm response it garnered and it showed that Prabhas is one true pan-India superstar who enjoys a wide market.
Prabhas’s upcoming projects, Salaar, Adipurush and Nag Ashwin directorial are being produced on budgets in excess of Rs 200, 300 crores and that is a clear indication that producers are trusting in the macho actor’s crowd-pulling capabilities. They are not hesitant to pay him a whopping remuneration.
No other South Indian actor can even dream of charging Rs 100 crores remuneration per project and Prabhas is already right up there.
If Prabhas’s upcoming release, Radhe Shyam fares well at the box office, it will further boost his box office prospects.
