Cbn Chandrababu Naidu, amidst his campaign in Gajuwaka, has broken his silence on the recent accusations by YSR Congress Leaders linking him to the stone attack on Jagan Mohan Reddy in Vijayawada. Naidu vehemently refuted the claims, citing past incidents where he himself was targeted by YSRCP supporters.

Recalling previous encounters, Naidu recounted instances where he was attacked by alleged YSRCP supporters using stones and sticks. He pointed out the response of the then Director General of Police, who characterized these incidents as expressions of dissent within a democratic framework, emphasizing the right to protest.

Highlighting the aggressive actions of certain YSRCP members, Naidu referenced an MLA, Jogi Ramesh, who allegedly attempted to attack his residence with stones and sticks. Despite his supporters’ attempts to intervene and prevent the attack, Naidu asserted that cases were filed against them, portraying a biased narrative.

Asserting his resilience, Naidu declared that such attacks wouldn’t deter him, even likening the potential threat to that of claymore mines. He criticized the security lapse during the recent incident, questioning why there was a sudden power outage despite the presence of numerous police personnel. He directed blame at the current administration, questioning their competence and responsibility for the security breach.

Continuing his critique, Naidu called out Jagan Mohan Reddy, accusing him of orchestrating a political drama with previous incidents, such as the “Kodi Kathi” episode, where Naidu’s party member was allegedly attacked and blamed on him. He further challenged Reddy to address allegations from his own family, particularly his sister, regarding the party’s involvement in violent activities.

During Naidu’s address, another attempt on his safety was made as a miscreant reportedly hurled a stone at him from behind his vehicle. Fortunately, the stone missed its target, prompting a search by law enforcement for the culprit. Similar incidents were reported in Tenali, where an individual attempted a similar attack on Pawan Kalyan but was apprehended by Janasena cadre and handed over to the police.

Naidu’s response not only denies the allegations but also places the blame squarely on the current administration, raising questions about their ability to maintain law and order.Read more..
